À Azur il y a un restaurant qui se nomme ostagaï. Cet orthographe me semble un peu bizarre et j’aurai plutôt écrit pour dénommer une maison joyeuse oustaou gay ou oustaou gajoùse ou encore en raccourci ostagay. Mais ce tréma sur le i me déroute un peu. Et je trouve que cela fait un peu basque. (…)
